Tomorrow is an exciting day. Ice-man and I will be heading up to Seattle to see my favorite musician, Dave Matthews, play a small acoustic show with another incredible musician, Tim Reynolds, after hearing a speech given by the Dalai Lama and Dave Matthews on how music can bring peace to the world. I don't really think it gets any better than this, unless of course it was being held at The Gorge, which I just received my tickets for as of yesterday.
After the benefit concert, we are heading to our little sanctuary in the woods just outside of my hometown to just get away and relax. I couldn't be happier to be getting out of my little daycare to be among the peace and solitude the cabin provides.
I'm now trying to muster up the motivation to go for a long and tedious run on the treadmill. Wish me luck!
